2. Payment Information
All payments for premium features—whether via subscription or lifetime purchase—are processed securely through Apple’s App Store infrastructure. Damar Purba Pamungkas does not access, process, or store any of your credit card or payment details.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
When users access AI-powered features within the App, certain user-provided content may be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers, such as Google Gemini API or similar AI platforms, solely for processing and generating requested results. The types of data that may be processed include:
- uploaded images or photos
- text prompts and written inputs
- chat messages or generated content
These third-party services are used exclusively to provide requested app functionality and AI-generated results. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use personal data for advertising purposes. Third-party AI providers are expected to maintain appropriate security and privacy protections consistent with industry standards.
All data transmissions are encrypted using secure industry-standard HTTPS connections. Third-party AI providers are not authorized to use uploaded content for advertising purposes or unrelated data processing.
4. Data Retention
We retain only the data necessary to operate and maintain the App. Any optional information you provide (such as when contacting support) is kept only as long as needed to address your request, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Security
We take your privacy seriously and implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. Face Data and Image Processing
Our app allows users to upload images, which may include faces, for the purpose of generating AI-based content. These images are used solely to provide the requested functionality (such as generating stylized or transformed images). By using this feature, users explicitly consent to the processing of their images as described above.
Uploaded images are securely transmitted to a third-party AI service provider (such as Google Gemini) for processing. We do not perform facial recognition, do not extract biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry or faceprints), and do not use face data for identification, tracking, or profiling.
The App does not:
- perform facial recognition
- create biometric templates
- collect facial geometry or faceprints
- use face data for authentication
- use face data for advertising, profiling, or tracking
- sell face data to third parties
- use uploaded images to train AI models
Images are processed temporarily and are not stored or retained by the App after processing. Uploaded images are deleted after processing is completed or within a limited period necessary for technical operations, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
The App does not permanently store uploaded face images on its own servers. Any generated results are saved only on the user’s device unless the user chooses otherwise.

10. AI-Generated Content and Conversations
The App may provide AI-generated content, conversations, recommendations, suggestions, or generated results based on user inputs. AI-generated responses are automatically generated by third-party AI systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. Users should use discretion when relying on AI-generated content.
The App is intended for general informational, creative, entertainment, productivity, and communication assistance purposes only and does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
