Welcome to the application (“App”) developed and published by Damar Purba Pamungkas. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (EULA). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. License Grant

Damar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Damar.

2. Subscription & Purchases

The App may offer paid features, including recurring subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases. Subscriptions are billed automatically via your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Renewal will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • If you do not wish to renew, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your subscription period ends. See how to unsubscribe here.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term, as governed by Apple’s policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without written permission.
  • Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, text, images, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Damar and protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. Damar disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

Damar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use and EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local law.
